Blowing

Preform Feed Control
The preform is put into the hopper of the automatic feeding device, and the preform is conveyed to the heating furnace through the belt conveying device and the roller device.

Preform Heating Control
The heating furnace heats the preform through a multi-layer infrared lamp tube. The preform can rotate independently during the heating process, and each section of the multi-section infrared lamp tube can be independently adjusted in temperature.
The heating furnace is provided with a preform screw head cooling air duct and a heating furnace ventilation cooling air duct to ensure that the preform is not overheated.

Control Of The Blowing Process
The preform that has been warmed in the preform holder is discharged to the preform output track through the preform removal sleeve, and the preform is sent to the blow mold by a robotic device. The two-stage air pressure (pre-blowing air pressure and high-blowing air pressure) is used to stretch the preform into a bottle. According to the process requirements, the blow mold will pass the cooling water and be monitored by the host computer during the entire blow 
production process.

Filling

When filling, the bottle is lifted by cylinder, which runs smoothly and reliably at high speed. After the bottle mouth rises under the action of the cylinder, it is sealed with the filling valve, and then the valve opening mechanism opens under the action of the cylinder to start filling. When the filling set liquid level is reached, the filling valve closing mechanism is closed and the bottle is lowered by the pull-down cam and cylinder, and the filling is completed

Capping
  • Convenient torque adjustment, more reliable screwing effect, and better reduce the capping defective rate.

  • The cap-falling guide is provided with a mechanism for preventing the reverse cap from passing and the cap is removed and is also equipped with a set of photoelectric switches. When there is no cap on the cap-falling guide, the machine will automatically stop running, which can effectively avoid the occurrence of capless bottles.

  • Capping machine bottle-in detection switch is provided. The cap-lock cylinder connected with the cap-falling guide and the cap-shifting disc interlocks the cap to ensure that cap feeding is stopped when there is no bottle, which reduces the loss of caps.

  • High-efficiency centrifugal cap unwinding method, with little cover wear.

  • A cap detection mechanism is provided for controlling the start and stop of the cap lifter.
