We will tailor-design the packaging line based on product, container, workshop’s size, obstacles and surroundings, production capacity, market-positioning of the product, and other special needs from the clients. With our experience and expertise, we are able to provide the most suitable solution for your needs.

Being aided by the CAD drawing of the entire packaging line or the single machines, the machining and assembly process are able to be brought within the tolerances, making the packaging process more accurate and stable.

We own full set of the manufacturing facilities, machining precision and production progress are under control. Raw materials are all being heat treated and selectively purchased from our suppliers. Our technicians are seasoned and experienced enough to complete the assembly process. Thus, we can ensure the durability and reliability of the machines we deliver.

Before shipping to our clients, every single machine must be through initial inspection. We can provide the running footage to the clients. The machines will run at least 24 hours, they will run at every speed node up to the limit. the running condition will be monitored and analyzed by our chief engineer, The machines will also be examined by the electric safety testor and noise testor, some modification might be applied. After complete the inspection process, our machines have no vibration, running noise is on a rather low level, and with proper maintenance, our machine can stably run at least 20 years.

Standard sea worthy packing shall be applied, the machines will be wrapped up by PE films before being put into the wooden box. Customized packing needs from clients shall be applied.

Our engineers will arrive at clients’ factory right after our machines. Engineers who participated in the assembly process are the prior choice for the installation and debugging. We will be responsible for training buyer’s employees as well, the business trip’s time shall be prolonged under some circumstances.
